Yes. Get in touch as soon as the time, passenger, flight or route changes. We will confirm the new details with you, subject to availability.

Yes. Give us your airline and flight number and we will keep an eye on it. If the airline changes your flight, just let us know.

We will tell you exactly where to meet when we confirm your booking. If you would like your driver to meet you inside at arrivals, just ask when you book.

Yes. You can book on their behalf and we will send the pickup details to your guest. Include their mobile number, flight, bags and where they are heading.

Yes. Tell us which one you would like, plus how many people and bags. We cannot always guarantee a specific car, but we will confirm the best available fit.

Usually a full-size SUV or the Toyota Sienna minivan. Tell us how many people and how many bags, including anything oversized, and we will suggest the right one.

Yes. We have Cadillac VISTIQ and LYRIQ electric vehicles. Ask for one when you book and we will confirm based on availability and the trip.

Yes. Send us a typical week, how often you need rides, the usual routes and who is travelling. We will shape an arrangement around what you actually need.

Yes. We cover Gatineau and longer trips such as Montreal or Toronto when booked ahead. Pricing depends on the addresses, timing, stops and whether you need a return.

Yes. We handle rides for speakers, executives, guests and small groups. Send us the guest list, flights, hotels, venues and times and we will build a plan with you.
